PAML Goes to Montpelier!

Dylan Haskins and Meghan Kimball
We are very excited to have two of our 8th grade PAML students, Dylan Haskins and Meghan Kimball, selected to be pages this year with the Vermont Legislative Page Program.

Each year a small group of young Vermonters are selected to work as Legislative pages in the Vermont State House.  "Pages deliver messages for the members of the Senate, the House of Representatives and the various Legislative offices.  Serving as a page offers unique opportunities to observe the workings of the legislature and to witness firsthand the often historic events in Montpelier.  Many Vermont politicians, including members of the current Legislature, got their start working as pages."  Dylan and Megan will each be in Montpelier, both at different times, 4 days a week for 6 weeks.  We are excited about the prospect of connecting with them to see what their work entails. Please congratulate Meghan and Dylan should you see them!
